What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect the details you provide - your name, phone number, email, destination, travel dates, group size, hotel preference, budget and any message. We may also record how you reached us (for example, the page or campaign) to serve you better.
Why we collect it (purpose limitation)
We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes and itineraries, arrange your travel, and - where you have agreed - to send you relevant offers. We do not use your data for unrelated purposes.
Your consent
We ask for your explicit consent before we contact you about your enquiry. Providing your details and ticking the consent box confirms you are happy for us to reach out. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Who we share it with
To arrange your trip we may share the minimum necessary details with vetted travel partners (such as destination management companies and hotels). We never sell your personal data. Payment details are handled by our payment provider - we do not store card or UPI credentials.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry and booking information only as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, after which it is securely deleted.
Your rights & deletion on request
You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to withdraw marketing consent, at any time. We will action verified requests promptly, subject to any records we are legally required to keep.
Keeping your data safe
Access to your information is restricted to team members who need it, and sensitive documents are access-controlled and logged. We follow reasonable security practices in line with the DPDP Act.
